Dove nasce la pace nel mondo? Where does world peace start?
Venerdì 20 marzo si svolgerà la nona edizione dell’evento Eccomi Risali con me! organizzata da Daniela Bertoletti. L’idea è nato con l’intento di sensibilizzare le persone al rispetto di se stessi, dell’altro e dell’ambiente in cui vivono e invitarle a modificare comportamenti derivati da cattive abitudini, e rimodellare così il mondo perché sia un luogo accogliente in cui poter vivere. L’obiettivo delle manifestazioni organizzate è quello di portare le persone a riflettere e capire cosa ognuno può fare, con il proprio pezzo di puzzle, per realizzare il cambiamento e divulgare il messaggio di Rispetto a 360°. Fino a oggi sono stati realizzati vari eventi a Roma in Piazza di Spagna e al Pincio. Dal 2011, l’evento Rispettate il mondo Rispettate voi stessi del 21 marzo, primo giorno di primavera che porta con sé la simbologia di rinascita e di presa di coscienza, è ormai un appuntamento fisso. I bambini inaugurano l’evento con la promessa di Rispetto a se stessi, agli altri e al mondo innalzando il simbolo delle varie credenze creato da loro stessi con materiale di rifiuto. Poi seguono le esibizioni di scolaresche e artisti che danno la loro interpretazione del senso del rispetto secondo il proprio modo d’esprimersi. Quest’anno parteciperò sia in qualità di artista grafico finlandese che portando al Pincio i bimbi dei gruppi di inglese dell’Associazione Culturale Libellula. Insieme ai bambini ci siamo chiesti dove nasce la pace nel mondo e la risposta è stata ovvia: la pace nel mondo parte da ognuno di noi! Abbiamo trovato una bella poesia scritta da una bambina americana Halley Hall e l’abbiamo imparato a recitare insieme, sia in inglese che in italiano. HOW PEACE BEGINS Peace begins with saying sorry. Peace begins with not hurting others. Peace begins with honesty and trust. Peace begins with cooperation and respect. World peace begins with ME! COME NASCE LA PACE La pace nasce con le parole “mi dispiace”. La pace nasce non facendo del male agli altri. La pace nasce con onestà e fiducia. La pace nasce con cooperazione e rispetto. La pace nel mondo parte da me! In più, abbiamo ideato un quadro che ho realizzato con un’illustrazione e stampato sul Forex che raffigura 19 bambini di diverse razze e paesi del mondo insieme ad una bimba italiana che lancia in volo una colomba, tradizionale simbolo della pace. Siamo davvero felici di partecipare a questo evento di sensibilizzazione importantissimo! --- The ninth edition of Eccomi Risali con me! organized by Daniela Bertoletti will take place on Friday, March 20th. The event wants to sensitize people to respect themselves, the others and the environment in which we live and to invite people to change their destructive behavior and remodel the world so that it can become a cozier place for everyone to live. The objective of the event is to make people reflect and understand what each of us can do with our piece of the puzzle in order to truly make a difference and promote a message a Respect at 360 degrees. Several events have been organized in Piazza di Spagna and Pincio (Villa Borghese). Since 2011 the event “Respect the world, respect yourselves” held on the first day of spring, March 21st, is a steady appointment that presents the symbols of rebirth and consciousness. The children inaugurate the event with the promise of Respect for oneself, the others and the world lifting up the symbols of different religions and beliefs they have created with recycled materials. This act of united promise is followed by performances by school groups and artists that present their interpretation of respect in their chosen mode of expression. This year I will participate at the event both as a Finnish graphic designer but also by bringing to the event the children that participate at my English lessons at Associazione Culturale Libellula. Together with the children we wondered upon where world peace starts from and the answer was obvious: world peace begin with me (each one of us)! We found a beautiful short poem by an American girl Halley Hall and learned to recite is both in English as well as in Italian. We also thought of an illustration that I did and printed on Forex that represents 19 children from diverse countries and races holding hands and together with an Italian girl launching to the sky a white dove, universal symbol of peace.
